How had is it to put a nc tag on a military trailer with no paperwork?

Should be pretty easy. Especially if you have a bill of sale. You might have to have it inspected and get an assigned VIN number for it and get a bond, but that should be cheap.

It has a data plate with a vin number but I can not find my bill of sale.

Remove the tag. Tell them that it is a home made trailer.

But said trailer has sat for 5 years after I tagged it...
