I purchased a few items from First Manufacturing out of NY.
One item was a pair of heated gloves...they sucked so I called just to let them know. I was told as part of my LIFETIME WARRANTY they would refund the full purchase price. I took this and purchased a new leather jacket from them. I loved it in the cold with the liner.
I came home one day and my wife asked who I got it from and how much I paid for it...she normally doesn't care so I was taken back a bit. My blue heeler decided to get it and destroyed the zipper. I emailed and asked about them replacing the zipper after my dog messed it up and how much it would cost.
100% covered by the LIFETIME WARRANTY !
Will ALWAYS go to them for gear as I need/want it.
