Long story short
Ordered a10×16 lofted Building Sept of 21.
8 week wait turned into a Dec 3rd Delivery.
The contractor who delivered the building dropped it and damaged the floor system
( floor joist ) at the barn doors so it killed the door alignment.
Building came in wrong color and not the Urethane finish upgrade we paid for.
The T1-11 siding was damaged by installers from too much gun pressure causing too deep of a nail set were water would egress. Ring nails missed the roof trusses and pulled out leaving 50 cent tear outside in the barrier, about 300 spots in the roof line.
Door lock installed wrong, support wedges missing off doors no adjuster for door rack tuning.
The list goes on.. too much to list.
We never could get a call back for service after first contact. They said we will build you a new building and swap it out but approval is needed first.
10 calls later no human to call us back.
Dec 19th We reversed charges on our CCard and left to be with family over Xmas.
It took 30 days for them to realize we made a charge back and had mailed photos to support claim.
Our building left today about 2pm. With RTM code.
So I get to start over.

Not sure it will be another Graceland.
At least we got our money back.

I would definitely find another company to deal with. They had Thier chance.
They use to be a Quality Product. The plant (contractor in NC is the problem).
I was told to get a building from the Va, or Ga, plants.
The new VP of Operations has contacted me and made some offers.
He and I will speak again after he talks to the gent that inspected this building and photos while picking it up.

I really hate to hear the trouble you've had. I hope you get things straightened out.

I'm not sure where mine was made, I think it was VA but am not sure. I've been very happy with mine.

I had bought up insulation, wiring 50amp sub box led lights and other items ready to go.. but got a pile of.... then the run around.
This wasn't a rent to own, this was a paid in full purchase.
Glad I used my CC we were able to claw back the money with proof of damage.
That is the only thing that got them to call me back 30 days later.
Not sure of the path I'll take yet.
I think it's a hit or miss now with these outfits.
I know your happy with yours I would of been too.
What really pissed me off was the floor system should of been 16" on center.
Not so, the agent shook his head when I pointed that out.
They have contract crews build these things. I hear there's upwards of 12 crews at that site. Shortcut city would be a good nick name.

Yes, the floor joists are 16" on mine, with four runners under that. Walls are 16" on center, the ceiling joists are 24".

The finish on mine was not the greatest, but it looked like what was on the local sales lot so I had already planned on painting it.

Dooooomed from that point on....as you have seen we have 2 here from them....12x24 and a 14x40.....the larger one is 10+ years old and the other about 6......I had an issue with some of the T 1-11 on the larger building..it was separating on 3 sheets...they came out and Completely recovered the entire building. So now it is 3 thicknesses of T 1-11.
Other than that they have been trouble free...I think you Will get it sorted out in the end. Come see us.
Hope to see you all soon.

Update on the Building. April 25th I Finally got my Replacement Building delivered and set up properly. Was it perfect? No but just a few minor flaws I could fix myself. Nothing is ever perfect in today's world. I have came to terms with myself a long while back that no one cares about there craft anymore. Guess I'm a dieing dinosaur 🦕 that use to be proud and still do it right, is that a mental thing or a gene thing? Bailing wire is still a ok thing for a temporary fix..lol.
The Gentleman that delivered me my Building had made me a promise that he personally would inspect the building and not pick it up at the builders location if it was done poorly.
He kept that promise. He did a super job in setting my building up and leveling it.
I have been busy wiring and setting led lighting and plenty of 2 gang outlets.
Roof is almost finished insulating and the wall are next as soon as I finish the underground wiring for 100 amp sub panel box, about a 100ft run.
Soon it will be home to my reloading station and shop tooling shed. My other shed houses all gas powered lawn gear etc.
Could I recommend the Leland Dealer? Hell No at no point ( Both times ) they never did anything to help the process, kept dropping the ball, never followed thru on a call back intil the delivery driver showed up with my Building on there lot for me to inspect. Then deliver.
That Drivers promise to me is why I took a chance on the 2nd building.
Anthony did a amazing job in making sure I was taken care of.

It’s sad we have learned to expect disappointment and learned to settle. I’m glad you got your building finally. I just went through a similar experience on a greenhouse. They said they couldn’t be sure when they could come out and repair it. So I told them I had put a barbed wire fence around it and couldn’t be sure when I’d get to pay the remaining 85% of the balance.

I hope you get a satisfactory ending. I had just looked into a greenhouse for here.
PM the company you went thru so I know.
I just may build one myself this fall.
My son-in-law makes the UV Commercial covering and can buy it from his company.

Always nice to have an inside guy! My company I used is local to Fuquay Varina so not likely you’d go through them. UV covering as in the mesh nets or the clear siding?
