I'm not one who normally asks for prayer. My wife and I are blessed greatly and I pray that we continually give thanks where it is due to the Almighty. There are 3 foster siblings whom my wife and I love more than life itself. We wanted so much to adopt them, but another couple made the decision to do so before us. I simply ask for prayer that their lives will be full, and that they will choose to serve Christ with all their might. We are heartbroken and happy for them at the same time. Please pray for us that God will help us deal with their absence, and that He will always watch over and protect them.

You have planted the seed of Christ in them... May God give them the nourishment they need to become Giants for Christ.
God Bless You and your Wife for the sacrifices you have made for them.

We adopted out oldest at birth, were at the hospital even. I lived in fear for those first 8 months until our adoption became final. I can't even imagine what you're going through and I"m so very sorry.

My thoughts are with them. Glad to hear they are all together, not broken up

To be chosen.

To be wanted.

There is a proverb that states that the Lord puts the lonely into families.

We pray that the three will be loved and cared for and that the family will be blessed.

For the disappointed, we pray that a greater gift and blessing be in their future.

Amen.

Sharing your joy as well as your pain. Praying for everyone involved.

Done, brother. I'm sure you and your wife will stay in touch with these kids. You're an important part of their lives.

Prayers for your family and the kids. I understand what you're going through as my son was dating a girl that had a little boy. He came into our lives when he was 3 months and stole our hearts. He was with me a lot! He loved the Side by side and the horses and anything that I was doing. Alas, they broke up and he started dating another girl who is now pregnant. I'm going to love the new grand baby, but I'm heart broke that my boy isn't going to be. He deserves a great life and I love him so much! I'm thankful for people like you and your wife who would take these kids into your homes and your hearts! Bless you so much!

I will pray for all of you, especially those children. My hat is off to you and your wife for opening your home to them.

Reminds me of a friend of mine who became foster parents to a pair of twins. These boys had been passed through the system so much they had a number of behavior problems. My buddy and his wife end up adopting them and showing them what real love is. It took time, some discipline, and love but I was just visiting them this past weekend and those two boys were some of the best behaved, respectful and mannered young men I've seen in a while.
