I am sure we all cooked a Boston butt. I have plenty of times. I picked up 3 of them. One was made into chorizo. The other was sweet Italian sausage. The third.... I cut off 3 big steaks off the one end. Turned on the smoker and let it smoke for an hour all I put on it was chorizo seasoning. After an hour I turned it up to 350 and got it nice and crispy. That ended up being all of dinner. We didn’t even make any side. Fantastic
