Myrtle Beach Gun Show

Society Hill, SC.... Home of Johnnie's Truck Stop...!!!!

Hows the AR selection at the show? Any good deals?

I came down as the guest of a friend who is a manufacturer. He was selling his budget line for $399. He sold over 30 of them yesterday. I think he has two left.

There were several other dealers selling ARs but I didnā€™t pay attention to their prices.

"Gun show organizer Mike Kent said the Myrtle Beach Gun Show is the largest in South Carolina, and he anticipates large crowds at the event."

Isn't Kent the guy who asked a certain vendor / forum member not to come to his show in Asheville ?

.

Yep.

Didn't really find anything I couldn't live without. I did pick up a couple of AR lowers though to put into my stash for future projects.
It was good to put a face to a few of the folks on here though, and to say hey to one I haven't seen in years.

I had a great time on Saturday. Bumped into some folks I'd met before and had the pleasure of meeting one or two more. Spent a little more $$ than I had planned on, oh-well it's really just dirty old paper until you turn it into something you want.

"Learned from my pal Geezer how to sell the same gun to several people and everybody go away happy. See ya'll at breakfast!!" Billy are you sure it was not the other way around:D?"

I intended to get to the gun show over the weekend but my wife had surgery Friday afternoon and was not feeling very well Saturday so I stayed with her. Then on Sunday after church I/we went to our granddaughters last dance competition, I might add that she did very well. I wanted to meet you guys but I probably saved some money by missing the show. See you next time.

I hope your wife is ok. You are just minutes away from the shooting paradise. Come anytime, and tell the wife we'll see her in October for "The Gathering".
