NC vs SC which is "more free"

Had some NY type dudes try to do an asphalt scam on me when I owned a restaurant. When I said I wasn't paying his inflated bill, but would pay the original agreed on price, the guy brought in a couple of the biggest guys on his crew to intimidate me. It only pissed me off. The inflated bill was three times the original. I wrote a check for the original amount and told him if he didn't like it, he could leave the check and sue me. But, if he took the check, we were done. I wrote paid in full on the check. He took the check.

Both states are about even, I mean coming from MD its nice to be here in NC. Although I'm surprised that Virginia has more gun freedoms than both NC and SC, and these two states are even more red than VA is.

NC needs to get rid of this bs handgun purchase permit, it is blatantly unconstitutional. Both NC/SC should honor all other state concealed carry permits, like VA does.

States like Montana, Wyoming, New Hampshire, Maine, VA, Arizona, Texas and others have great gun laws. Both NC and SC are disappointing somewhat.

I was open-carrying briefly in Charlotte. Will probably do so more during warmer months and as I get more comfortable with OC. Coming from Maryland I am rehabilitating to American freedom.

I prefer concealed carry though.

Well I have bad news for you. It will likely get worse, especially in Charlotte. The urbanites and Marxists are gainimg more control. Unless things change TN and SC are looking really good. Unless a stand is made on a National level this is a never ending battle that will see freedom loving people on a continuous migration to the hills and fields.

NC is still holding strong, good thing is you are farther away from DC. My concern is for VA. Agreed with you SCOTUS needs to step in and enforce 2A rights.

Screw SCOTUS. They don't have the authority or the attitude to help. If that is our last resort we re FUBAR.

The Fed Gov workers and immigrants have about killed VA. It is gone, soon.

Well for my part, I am not dark, no beard, and dress well. Ive been mistakened as white, Greek, Turkish before...

I think its important we educate liberals about firearms in the hands of ordinary people. I'm trying to normalize open carry and normal safe holstered handguns. Its just an inanimate object.

Usually the only time liberals see or hear of guns its because of a tragedy, but if we can change the perception of gun owners that will be very helpful to the cause.

We won't be able to convince them all, but even if we can convice 25% it is well worth it. Our side will be stronger.

Many people especially in urban parts of the country are really clueless about guns, and when they think of guns they think of danger, because that's all they know. The media's bias coverage sure doesn't help either.

Thank God, for Trump winning. His presidency is a America breathing again.
