I like a single point sling, but not sure how I'd mount one on this rifle with the A2 stock.

Looking for something that will work good for a 2 gun match, or for range training with handgun/rifle drills.

If someone has any ideas, id appreciate it.

To me VTAC and Blue Force are pretty much the big boys but there is a new guy I tried for a sling for my M1S90 Edgar Sherman Designs. He makes them pretty much as orders come in and actually made mine with 1” tapered ends instead 1 1/4” at no charge. The basic sling is $40 and the fanciest with all the QD options is $70. It has no loose or hanging material and is easy to use. The one thing is if you want padded sling he doesn’t offer their yet. It’s a great little sling with quick and easy slide adjustments. Just another option ... https://www.edgarshermandesign.com/product-page/esd-sling

I've got 2 Vickers and really like them, however, they are not single point. Never messed with one of them.

No BS... I have these on all my rifles and yes... even my competition rifles. Some things just cannot be improved upon.

In my humble opinion, the only thing a single point sling is good for is self-inflicted vasectomy.

I really like my VTAC.

To quote the late Louis Awerbuck, "You'll hurt your peepee."

They do have some utility with a carbine or pistol/sbr when you have on a pack and can spare a hand for the grip of the weapon. It keeps sling and pack straps from interfering with one another.

Otherwise, yeah you'll hurt your peepee....

On an 18" SPR they're not terribly useful. I'd roll with an MS1 or a BFG for that application and call it good.

Single point is good for a little subgun.

Personally I would use a 2 point on a rifle.
