If no one on here can help....I'm not sure about the grading, but I've bought a lot of material from Pedulla in Moorseville and they have been super helpful and nice. They have a wide variety of sizes etc. https://pedullaexcavating.com/

I saved a good bit of money picking the material up vs them delivering. Good luck!

Ride over to the quarry on NC 115 just north of Statesville and ask the folks at the scale house for advice, they can help.

The mocksville Vulcan materials quarry is near the house. The guy in the scale house acts like homeowners are the bane of his existence and having to explain the size of gravel or how the weight process works to one more homeowner might just end his life.

That's generally what I've become accustomed to when expecting someone to do the job they're paid to do.

The Vulcan in Concord was super nice to me fwiw. Its intimidating pulling in there with a pickup truck with HEAVY equipment flying all around.

"Hey, dude, I did not make you come to work this morning. You wanna get pissy, talk to your boss about a raise, and don't act like I am such a nuisance. It is the money coming out of MY pocket that will pay your salary." This works so much better than being a Karen and asking to speak to the manager.
It also makes for some interesting fireworks, leading to further opportunities for insults.........., so long as I keep my distance. ;)

To the especially hostile and stupid, I leave with "I am glad to give you something to talk about with your co-workers.... you know, add a little spice to your miserable existence when you have lunch and all."

Yeah, Jim Shore Grading can do it. He's in state road, which is about 40 minutes away. But he does good work. I don't know how much you need but he has a triple axle dump truck he can bring 20 some tons at one time. I think someone more local could do that though.
