Need help on sales please read first

I so I have have 2 pistols and a .22 rifle I’m selling this individual wants to buy them all. What are all the legal requirements for state of North Carolina. Is it legal to sell more than one at once? I want to make sure I stay in my legal boundaries. I know they must have a ccw or pistol purchase, and meet at an ffl dealer. What else thank you for yall time.

In NC for the purchase of a rifle, the only legal requirement is for you to verify they are also a North Carolina resident. And as long as you are not aware that they are prohibited from owning a rifle, you hand them the gun and they hand you the money.

The only addition for a handgun is that you need to see a ccw or ppp. The law seems clear that with a ppp you need to see it if you’re not an ffl but some peoples opinion is that you must take it.

Anything beyond that is above and beyond legal requirements.

There is also no limitation, that I am aware of, on the number of private transfers you can make at the same time to another individual.

You're also not required to meet at an FFL, if you're both NC residents.

To summarize... if buyer is 18 or older, NC resident, has a PPP or a CHP, states that he is legally allowed to purchase, and has money, then you are legal and you can meet at the WalMart parking lot or anywhere you choose.

To be absolutely legal. 2 pistols 2 purchase permits or ccw. No ffl is needed if he has either of those.
