Looks interesting. Netflix made a big deal about it when I logged into it on my tv.

Tried to watch the trailer.
Typical Netflix schlock.
The protagonist is a 100 lb female, but she is a bad mammajamma and kicks all the ass.
Yep, that’s the nonsense they promote there, I didn’t make it through the trailer.

to be fair, this is from basically THE GUY that created the template for this sort of movie.
I saw this movie but probably won't ever rewatch it. I can rewatch some of his movies (e.g. sucker punch) but not because they're masterpieces... he blends a few kinds of eye candy in some films, but that was sort of missing in this one

Characters from star wars, the justice league, guardians of the galaxy and some orcs from the hobbit fight with or against some chick who is sort of hot…

Watched it...mediocre film...in NO WAY lives up to all the hype around it. I had heard it compared to the original Star Wars...and yep, it even has a recreated cantina scene.

...and I don't understand the three month break before part two is released...the film isn't good enough to have people sitting on the edge of their seats waiting that long, just go ahead and get it over with.

FYI this movie script was originally written for a Star Wars movie, but was rejected by Disney. Look at it through a Star Wars framework and it all makes sense.
I haven't finished it...couldn't make it through. The wife says it is just a bad movie.
