Never forget family

So..on my mother's side of the family there's this uncle. Its a long story but he pretty much alienated his son years ago and my cousin, his son, pulled away from the family. We have kept in touch from time to time but its not been a close relationship.

But, I am probably the closest "family" he has. Today while I was at work he stopped by the house and dropped off something for me. He sent me a text message and said check by the side door when you get home.

I did....and I found this. Wow is all I can say. Never forget about family.

Kidding of course. It's funny how after being the "outkast" of my family, direct, distant and otherwise. The one's who have come to reality over decades are the one's who reach out to me. Karma is real.
