I just recently moved to Greensboro from upstate NY. I made an account on the other forum before I heard about this one.

I'm moving down from NY to the Triad area primarily for work and to escape the snow, the better gun laws happen to be a great perk. I look forward to getting involved in shooting sports down here. I'd like to get into long range shooting and my favorite gun is my Tikka T3 in .223. I grew up in rural upstate NY and enjoy hunting and trap shooting.
I'm a trained and certified welder and most of my experience is with GTAW aluminum.

Welcome! You will love the winters here but might miss the summer lol... You are right on time for the mid 90s.
There was a big Spiedie debate a few weeks back so if you have any tips go ahead and throw them out!
