I'm under the impression the rigging is being dealt with in states where the R's can override the governor, or solid R states. Let me say that differently, the rigging to favor D is being dealt with in R states.
NC is going so far as to remove the D appointees from controlling election offices, as well as getting rid of the mail in ballots counted post election day and early voting schenanigans. I believe other states are doing the same. There's also the fixing of D skewed voting maps being done. Not fixed like neutral, fixed to skew R.

Except it is not a D vs R thing. If you think people like Romney, McConnell and Graham aren‘t in on it you aren’t paying attention. The D vs R distraction is so 2016. 😆
