New Gun Store In Apex, NC

If you're in the area, drop by Triangle Gun Vault on US 64 just east of 540. They have a surprisingly good selection of new and used guns and accessories in a very tiny space. The owners are a nice local young couple. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

I can just about walk their from my house. I'll try to stop over there soon.

Thanks for posting this! That's just a few miles from my house. We drove right past there tonight, and I never even knew it was there. Now I'll have to stop. :)

Remember. It's close to where you USED to live. lol
Not where you live now.

You're right. I'm exactly 3.4 miles from FG&G. It's why I can't assimilate to FV. I'd have to pass that store every trip.

By the way, every time I pass FG&G, I point to it and make the "Ooh, ooh" sound like from Planet of the Apes. Drives Lynn bonkers.

I'll bet she doesn't know you are a major stockholder and officer in the corporation.

A 4" Python left the store before I got there, and they still had a snub. Lots of interesting stuff for such a small place.

One of the tabs on their "stuff in the store" list is "semi-auto assault rifles and pistols".

Our side using the media's labels makes me sad.

A week before he opened Square pulled the rug out from under him - took his CC processing and the website that was hooked into it. He admits the website is not to his liking but he had to throw something together quickly . Check the "store inventory" link for what's actually in the store.

Right near the Local Bar, which I have been meaning to stop by for years now.

God works in mysterious ways!

In my neighborhood we still call it the Little Bar. I have been known to walk home from there. It's a convenient place if
I feel the need for large quantities of cheap beer or booze, plus they have some decent live bands.

The story I saw on them a while back didn't give me great hope for their longevity, but I am hoping I am wrong.

They've only been open three weeks.

There was a story or something I read weeks and weeks ago. Can't rememebr where, but it did not inspire confidence in their business accumen. But good character and hard work can overcome a lot. And I have been wrong before. Likely more than once. So I'll buy some stuff from them and hope they make it. They are close to the new Sweetwater development so here's hoping a bunch of pent up Yankee gun puchasing power moves into that area, and buys a whole bunch of guns and ammo.

I went in there yesterday and bought a box of .243 hollow points. They were priced the same as Midway or Natchez Shooters Supply. As others have said, he distinguishes himself by offering many guns that you don't see often. He was knowledgeable and good to talk to. I'll be back.

Iā€™ve bought several guns from Jason and always looked forward to hearing about new treasures heā€™d unearthed. @Have gun-will travel stopped by today and they told him Jason is not around anymore; living in TN. Anybody know what happened?

I don't know the story but, I do know Jason and Brooke (spouse) are originally from TN. Perhaps thay were needed back home.

He came here from TN as a youth pastor as I recall. Might have gotten a new church gig back home. With the Trump slump, it might have been what he needed to do.

He was set up at the Raleigh show two weekends ago. He didn't tell me anything about moving back to TN, but he does go back to visit from time to time.

Was it actually Jason? The two guys Raymond met today told him Jason moved back to TN about a year ago. But I said hi to him at a Raleigh show maybe last fall (the show where I hung at the CFF table with @Button Pusher).

Yeah, I know about that form. Iā€™ve done multiples on one 4473 numerous times and never heard a peep. And I have nothing to hide. I hope thereā€™s a difference in the ā€œwe better find out what this guyā€™s doingā€ between buying 20 NIB Hi Points or Grocks and some 25 year old Smith semiā€™s.

Yes, it was Jason. He is a friend of mine. Guess I'll have to ask him about TN. I know he has been bouncing back and forth between TN and here quite a bit the last year. He hadn't told me he moved back.

I stopped in last week and they were still in business. Was looking for some ammo they didnā€™t have. Wanted to spend some money with the local guys, but nothing there was on my list. This time.

When I went to the store today the two guys said hello,I asked which one was Jason. they neither of us. I said where is Jason ?will he be back soon. Their reply was that he would not be back to the store anytime in the future and that he had moved back to Tennessee permantly. they do have a couple nice old military guns at decent prices Jap Arisaka and mausers
