My all time favorite right now is Everglades Rub

also love their BBQ Mopping sauce!

Let us know how it is.
Ive got several different ones I use, depending on what Im grilling/smoking lol

My AP is just salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. I use it as a base under the sweet rubs to balance them better.

My Texas Black perrper is....well, its got eight different stuffs in it lol. Heavy on the black pepper. Good with thick beef or pork cuts and oak smoke. Blends nicely with a sweet Jack and Coke glaze on pork.

The Kingsford Tuscan Style is a classic Italian style rub, but the best Ive ever had. Chop up green onions into your hamburger with some of this puts them over the top. Also good mixed into softened butter, reshaped and refigerated. Put a pat on an unseasoned (just salt and pepper) steak when it comes off the grill.

The Applewood rub is sweet and good on pork ribs. Pairs great with a spicy bbq sauce glaze (crushed red pepper and a kiss of chili powder) and, get this, apple wood smoke lol. The wife and daughter like it with a apple butter bbq sauce glaze. The baking spices in the apple butter are pretty amazing as a pork glaze. Also good on charcoal grilled chicken breast by its lonesome with a small chunk of pecan wood.

I just picked up the Killer Hogs the other day. Hit a chicken breast just to try it. Gives a great color, but Ive got more experimenting to do with thst one. Gonna try it on pork ribs next.

Thundering Longhorn is pretty savory with ever so slight back end heat. Really good on beef ribs with pecan or oak smoke and thick beef cuts (ny strip, ribeyes) over charcoal. I do a sweet and tangy bbq sauce glaze (honey, orange juice and a kiss of vinegar) with it.

The bourbon brown sugar is pretty sweet. I mix it with some liquids and marinate beef with it. Pairs great with oak smoke and a blackened cajun spice bbq sauce glace. Its also good as a marinade or rub on chicken with pecan smoke.
I use this one on my beer can chickens.

I have some more in the kitchen as well. Use some cajun, seasoned salt and Vesta too. Vesta isn’t really a rub, but more something to put on after cooking for extra heat,
