New stamp

do you just have to bust a couple welds on the welded-closed-stock pistol or what?

Its not really welded shut. It just isnt possible to push the button in. The receiver as it comes from Poland isnt drilled for the push button release. You have to drill the receiver for the release button and change the release button and spring. To change configuration you have to buy a folder section from an original kit ($50) and use the button and spring , drill the hole bigger and swap. No welding necessary. Just peen the button on the folder release.
