After not having a place to deer hunt for several years I've found a place.
Anyone recommend a deer processor between Denton and Lexington.
Thanks.

Anything stopping you from doing it yourself?

It's really simple, kinda messy but you learn and have fun.

I dressed mine out with a 13$ Mora knife and then butchered everything out in my kitchen. Vacuum sealed in the freezer.

Entrails and anything else I couldn't use went into a trash bag and the head off to the taxidermist

Total time about 5 hours for everything as it took me 2 1/2 house to gut her out since I never done it before.

I don't have the time or place to set up. Wife sure as heck at gonna let me do it in the kitchen.
I usually skin and gut and leave the sausage and burgers , etc to the experts. ;)
