Hi everyone. My name is patrick and i just wanted to do a bit of an introduction on this forum as i am a new member here.

I recently moved to Durham, NC from Baton Rouge, LA at the beginning of the new year in January for a career in the bio/life science sector as a project controls specialist.

A few of my hobbies include a multitude of sports but mainly rock climbing and ultimate.
I mainly shoot for fun and more so for proficiency for self defense.

I was a member of a similar forum to this one back in Louisiana called bayoushooter.

My goals in the next few months are to take a NC CHP class and apply for my CHP as i am now a resident of NC and my LA CHP is no longer valid i believe. (I got this back in Nov 2019 so im slightly bummed that it may not be valid anymore even though i just got it.)
