Now that I am calm and sane again, my thoughts: Reid's ejection was BS. I think everyone thinks so. Although I don't think there was a bias to tilt the game to the Steelers, I think generally the refs were much harder on the Panthers. The Steelers played a perfect game: they won't play like that again; it was just their night. The game showed Carolina's weaknesses. Pass rush? What's a 'pass rush'? The O-line has not looked that bad all year. Newton's interception wasn't his fault.
Both teams will regress to the mean: Pittsburgh is not that good, Carolina is not that bad. Carolina has a hard timing shaking off games like that, but they need to. That team will NOT beat New Orleans and may not be good enough to get a wild card.
