We are about 7 weeks away now and it will be here before you know it. We're planning on a big crowd and a good time. We are getting very excited down here in Conway and looking forward to seeing you fine folks again.

For the ones that will be at Battery Oaks early on Saturday morning, a breakfast is planned. Garvin is getting some more of that wonderful fresh sausage and the hens have already been put on notice.

For the mid-day meal (dinner or lunch, depending on whether you're right or wrong), we are asking that everyone bring a covered dish to share with others. If you want to bring a grill or smoker to show off your talents, please do. I understand that Randall will be making his famous ham bog that was such a big hit last year.

Please bring your own drinks and remember that this is an alcohol free event. There is very limited refrigerator space so a cooler is suggested.

Plates, cups, cutlery, paper towels are not needed. @old bear has already taken care of those items.

So, be thinking on what you can bring to share with everyone and about 2 weeks out I'll start a list on what everyone plans to bring. Thank you in advance for your help.

Instead of the UDS, I’m probably gonna bring the new barrel shaped pellet smoker i just bought. I can get at least 6 butts in it if I ever needed. So we’ll have a few butts and chads bologna.

OK, be thinking on what you'd like to bring and share. I'll start a thread next week with what everyone is bringing.
We have done inventory and we are already set on plates, knives, forks, spoons, cups, paper towels, so there is no need to bring any of these.
The time is drawing near and we're getting excited and hope you are, too.
