odd issue when pasting photos into a new reply

When I paste a photo into a reply, the screen will jump up to the top of the page rather than staying at the reply screen. Pasting text works as expected. I noticed this a couple of days ago, but just tested some different browsers and I'm seeing the same behavior.

This is on a Mac with current OS (14.3.1 released today, but was happening with 14.3 also), and I tested in Firefox, Chrome, and Edge,and Safari. Only Safari seems to behave correctly. All browsers are up to date also.

Same here using Windows.
 
Mine does the same, but I was too impatient to notice. Any guess as to what caused the change in behavior?

Not sure but Ill see if I can track it down. It has to be related to the new update I just ran last week.
 
Same here on a Dell using winders. Thought I was doing something different.
