Jealous! I’ll make the next one.

Beautiful location. In a few of the rifle pics it looks like there may be targets across the pond, true and what was the range?

They told me around 350 yards and they were very small.

350 is what I was told as well...and I managed to hit it with a non-magnified red dot. So, I'll agree they were REALLY small and I have amazing skills. :D

Thanks to Bob and his rifle & Leupold, I was hittin the R & L diamonds more often than not! Never shot that far before.

I was trying for the ~100yd targets on the left side with my CZ 455. Couldn't tell if I was getting hits or not over the other gunfire. lol. I'm just going to assume that if I didn't see a dust cloud behind the target that it was a hit. I did pretty well!

I carry one of these in my range bag. Never fails to impress.

You all are lucky no picture was taken of me except couple long range from behind. So it spares you of being jealous, it's hard to be humble when you're perfect in every way.

So I thought they said no alcohol. Drink it in brother.

I didn't see any dancing, so it must have been all the hot air at low elevation that attracted the moisture.
It's like washing your car. Plan something outside with 3 or more people, and it hasn't rained in over a month...better rainmaker than any dance.

Blame that on the chili.

I knew it was gonna rain when it was planned for the first Saturday. Hands down it rains in the area the first Saturday every month in the summer.

I've been in the area a little over 4 years and it has done this since I have been here. Has to do with the cruise in pilot mountain.

Next time we know.

FOR ANYONE INTERESTED IN THE SHOOTING BENCHES:

The mill prices them at $75. They currently have 3 or 4 still in inventory. We can work on pick up or delivery if need be.
I can hold them for folks who are only free on the weekends when the mill is closed as well.

Or, maybe someone on here can use the plan and make them cheaper.

Where's the mill?

Are they one piece? Or quick assemble on site? I saw it set up but didn't really look at it at that closely.

Covfefe has a vid a few posts up that shows assembly. They come apart and pack flat.

Thanks. I saw that posted but though it was an alternative product. I'll watch the video later.

I'd like some info and a review of that portable bench
The one in the pic is mine.

It's OSB, comes in several pieces, slides together.

I've had mine for about two years and love it.

Anybody know the size of this plate?

I got it from a site online but don't remember the size. I can look when I get home from work tonight though. They were kind of expensive but for $120 it came with the bracket to hold it at a pretty good angle so you won't have any ricochets. Just hook to a cheap t post.
