One of several reasons I don’t reload

Take a closer look. That was not 2 rounds going off. It was three. The one in the middle is gone. :eek:
Is is possible that the round that damaged the pistol was the last round in the cylinder and the other two cases are just damaged
from the last round going off?

I suppose it is possible but I would bet against it based on the way the brass looks. It looks blown out as opposed to crushed in.

As I understand the guy’s latest post, that was the first round of the cylinder filled with his loads.
 
Inquiring minds want to know. I don't remember seeing anything about it but did he get hurt?
Case fragments to the face and blood everywhere. Apparently doctors decided to leave one small fragment in his cheek as they believe it will heal over and become “unnoticeable”. :(
