So I played 2 hours of volleyball today with my daughter her friends and their Dads. Big mistake. Sitting in my man cave with an ice pack on one ankle and a sore knee. Knee should be fine. Ankle is no bueno.

But hey, I made some nice digs and didn't give up.

Yeah, the daughters beat the Dads. But we kept it close. :D

True. But keep in mind these little rascals are very good volleyball players. And this running, jumping and diving on a gym floor are not good for aging bones. Shoulda played sand instead. But then the heat would have been bad.

I busted my ankle a few years ago playing football with kids. I learned my lesson too.
 
You're around the corner. My nieces, sons & their wives play volleyball all the time in the area. If they're looking for a friendly, LOUD, competitive crew, let me know.
