how does the alumahyde look? I only polished mine bc I wanted clean edges.

Overall it has held up and looks quite good. There is some chipping around the muzzle where I either did poor prep or maybe from tossing in barrels. The loading port is also chipped, I think I got that too smooth for the paint to adhere well and it takes a beating from loading.

Thanks, there’s a couple wavy spots where the dremel got away. 😂 still cheaper than sending it to MOA for the work.

I went dremel, file, 600 wet, 1000 wet, the buffing wheel with mag wheel polish.
