Ordering rifle stuff from Canada?

Does anyone have any experience ordering stuff from Canada and know how that meshes with customs?

I'm after a rifle stock, but I don't want to drop three figure on it and have it never show up.

Had a rail shipped in for a vz2008 and didnt have any issues

Under a $100 is ok, over that you need import licence, ITAR stuff.
