I think I'm in love. Active military? She acts like a DI to me. I was expecting her to shout Give me 20! at any moment. She does a hand signal at 1:45. Anyone know what that is?

I wish the video would have continued thru the LEO’s arriving ... I hope they gave that lady a big Atta-Girl! for handling that guy.

Side note check out the damn smoke In the background ... that area is in trouble and I feel for her and her family.

Doesn't look much better here, that crap has been rolling this way for the last week

Dang, look what she posted on her feces-book: https://therightscoop.com/watch-wom...VBHsL5WlnbW3dnPvHU2uvp0JfKvKtr69soZaYgJCL5MPc

From the link:
"In a Facebook post, Cast revealed that people had sent her messages claiming that she faked the whole incident.

‘I read all your messages to me, even the private ones, I can tell you that this truly did happen and there is nothing fake about it.

‘I do not wish to speak to anyone, it doesn’t matter to me if it’s a journalist who wants to put it out on the news, I will not put my family in danger by exposing myself any more than what I have already, besides the media will just twist my words."

I'd say she's spot-on.

He was charged with trespassing but not for arson.

That guy sure was quick to get on the ground. Nice of him to just lie there calmly.
That brings up an interesting question. Are BG's more likely or less likely to be compliant to a uniformed officer or a civilian property owner with a gun?

I would say that it depends on the bad guy.

In interviews inmates in the past have said they fear an armed homeowner more than a LEO because they think a homeowner will shoot quicker while LEO’s have a SOP they progress thru compared to say a scared Momma who will pull the trigger on sight if she’s protecting her babies.

Yes. I thought I had read that somewhere. I do remember a comment that they see shooters on point with their fingers outside the trigger guard as reluctant. Therefore, there's a chance they can overpower them.

There is absolutely zero reasons I could even begin to imagine where I would go hands-on to zip-tierestrain someone. Ever. For anything.

I'm pretty sure in the civilian world, they call that "kidnapping" or "unlawful restraint".
I agree, why put yourself closer to the bad guy(s) when you have them where you can monitor the hands.
Did he lock his legs on his own or did she order him to do so? Not his first time I think.

But I ain’t doing it because of “kidnapping” or such ... I want to keep my distance advantage a firearm gives me.
