Any recommendations for those looking to watch some pandemic porn this weekend? Since the media will be in max fearmongering mode this weekend, I'm trying to get myself into the spirit.

No zombies! And for the nerds, no zombies that are technically not zombies.

The Stand by Stephen King? It was a mini-series and the pandemic was only a part of the larger story, of course. The book conveys the "Captain Trips" impact well, both at an individual level (Larry and his mother; Fran and her father) as well as via the societal breakdown. Maybe the spookiest part of it all (especially in the unabridged version), though, was the "second wave" dying - those people who were immune to the superflu, but fell victim to accidents of omission or commission.

agree with The Stand.
the first half was a really good read.
the second was too spiritual for me to enjoy.

Came home from the range yesterday and my wife had the Stand on. Pretty funny.

Btw, some of you guys need some lime disease to go with that corona virus.
