My 9 MM build. Started as this.
Changed to this.
Where did you get your mini molot VFG/handstop combo?
Eff I was worried you'd say that. They're proud of that thing for sure!
What does that mean?
Translate that as expensive
You're right. It is metal not plastic though. So at least there's that.
Yea they also don't make it in Pic, only Keymod, so it does me no good.
I recently acquired this nice Marlin 1894 CB. I love the octagonal barrel. Chambered in 45 Colt.
Will stay like this until the stamp arrives.
What length is the barrel/handguard?
Some progress... come on Form 1...
Picked this Ruger PC carbine
QC10 upper (side charging, non-recip), QC10 lower (glock w LRBHO), QC10 15” hadguard (made by SLR), QC10 16” 9mm barrel, QC10 9mm bolt, MVB stock w 9mm buffer/spring setup, KE arms SLT-2 flat trigger, Arisaka vertical grip, PA Cyclops prism with ACSS etched reticle and VG6 9mm brake.
Close enough to a carbine for me.
Those little buggers are a load of fun lol
Just got it a week ago, and then changed it up before the first shot. HBI handguard, trigger spring kit, safety lever, mag release, flash hider, and brace.
Put the first 70 rounds through it today. Absolutely love it so far.
Now ya need a couple stamps for it....it can be a wicked little setup
One step ahead of you.
Last week I paid for a Silencerco Octane 9.
This morning I paid for a Dead Air Ghost M. One of them will basically be a permanent fixture on the Scorpion.
Originally planned on sbr'ing it, but the brace works so well I don't see a need for it.
You have passed the test and are now allowed to stay
Not nearly as cool as an MP5 in a briefcase, a SUB2000 in a laptop bag.
What's the specs on that thing? I can't remember if I've asked that already. I know your all about that #lightweightlife
Well, this one isn't super lightweight. Didn't want to go too light. 5.56 you can go very light and still shoot very flat because the muzzle brakes are so effective.
So I wanted some weight on this guy. Not a ton but a little. Brakes don't really work much on these as you know.
Spikes glock lower w/
POF Flat trigger
Magwell (guy on enos made)
Short throw safety (not installed in pic)
Aero slick side Upper w/
Kaw Valley (Faxon) barrel w/ cheap ebay brake
Alg 12" w/ Arisaka finger stop
Kaw Valley BCG
Taccom buffer w/ short stroke kit
Cmore with tactical riser mount
Shoots pretty good! And fairly cheap.
Thanks for the info. I'm trying to figure out what to do with mine. It's piece milled and not conducive to steel challenge bc of the weight.
Recently purchased (2) G17 Sub 2Ks with full MCARBO.com and shipped them off to have upgrades install by Kel-Tec for a $40 flat rate fee.
Timing and weather has not allowed me to shoot either of these since recieving them back from KT. Looking forward to some steel target range time when the weather breaks.
My blk Sub 2k prior to upgrades.
I love it when my rifle and handgun takes the same mags.
Made what I think is the “final” change to this one today. Installed the Kryptek Typhon Split Fix on the SBA3.
I didnt know if I should post it in the handgun pics section, or here... It seems more at home in this section.
Very nice, I want a .40 S&W
