The earlier stories mentioned that he had been charged with a previous gun crime but that seems to have disappeared from updates and later stories. I guess that doesn't fit the narrative either.

They chased a guy out of the city up 309 about a month ago. He was chased, including with a helicopter, and ate his gun about 2 miles from the house.
It was a typical Saturday around Philly.
