Pit boss owners

About the grill, I don’t know.
Their pellets are good to go.

How are they?

Been looking at them for a while and wanting to possibly get one and sell my gas grill this month.

Love mine. I’ve got the classic 700

All of them will ‘cook/grill’.
But it’s not a grill.
There’s no learning curve, - turn on to temp, put in meat, wait, eat-
The recipe book that come with it will do you right to start. Then start experimenting.

Big learning curve over a gas grill? I like that I should (from what I understand) be able to grill steaks and pork chops, if i want and smoke also.

It’s not hard to learn on. Just follow the directions on fire up and shut down. I’d recommend not storing it outside because of the pellets drawing moisture and clogging the auger up.

Love my Camp Chef. I know that wasn't the question, but I like the propane attachment to reverse sear my serloins...

Now I need a steak, thanks.

Also love that it has built in chutes to drop pellets and ash. Big selling points for me with the humidity down here. Wish the fitment was slightly better on my lid.

I love my Traeger. New to pellet poopers but it's stupid easy. Made some of the best BBQ and such I've ever done and that's saying something.

With that said I would keep the grill as well. You can't sear on a smoker. They don't get hot enough. You can make a tasty smoked/cooked steak, but it won't develope any crust or sear at all.
