Places near Hillsborough to shoot?

So I'm a member at Woodys before I moved from Apex, but its an hour drive and I juat cant get there much. Any places near Hillsborough that you guys know of to shoot pistol?

Sidenote, i have signed up on the DPRC list in 2016, and over the last 4 months I have called, emailed and reached out at least 5 times just to get a status. I got ONE call back and she was so nice and helpful, told me to email [email protected] which I did, and never heard back again after 2 follow up emails and a call as well. All spaced out over 4 months so not that I am harassing anyone.
 
I hear there's a place in High Point. Might not be so handy but I hear the prices are affordable. ;)

I've just moved to the area as well and been busy so haven't been too many places. Caswell county has a free shooting range via the NCWRC. I've been early Saturday a few times. It gets crowded if you get there late.

The Range in Oxford is nice facility and not too far up 85 from Hillsborough.

Central Carolina Gun Club probably ~30 min from Hillsborough. Pistol/Rifle ranges. Pricing is pretty good. Open 7 days for members.
 
Have you checked out Distinguished Pistol Handgun Range? It's north of Mebane off 119. I've never been there because I am a DPRC member and also more of a rifle guy, but it would be close to you.
 
I've shot matches at Carolina Guns and Gear Range, Central Carolina Gun Club, The Range at Oxford (True North), and Sir Walter Gun Club. All decent appearing facilities, all within reason of Hillsborough IMO. No idea about drama/politics or pricing.

Don't think CCGC has finished their long range, if they ever do they'll really have something.

It took me about 4 years to get in DPRC. I know your pain.
