Waddya like and why?

Thanks!!!! :)

Mika's Pocket Holsters are as good as it gets. I just got one for my S&W 442. They will keep your gun in position, but at the same time they are loose enough so the holster will not come out of your pocket when you draw. Excellent quality and Mr. Mika is a class act. I ordered mine online and within 10 minutes, he was on the phone thanking me for the order. https://mikaspocketholsters.com/

Yep, Mika. Works perfectly and customer service above and beyond. Bob Mika will call you after you place your order. The first one I ordered, he called 10 minutes later. I couldn't believe it. A good product, a fair price, and customer service. What else could you ask for?

Pocket carrying a Ruger LCR or Keltec PF9.........round cut or square cut for dress type slacks and blue jeans?

I prefer the round cut myself, doesn't seem to present as big of an outline. I seldom wear jeans any more but the holster works in my other pants.

I think I'm the only one on the interwebz that's "meh" about the Mika holster. About the only thing it does that a Sticky Holster won't is cost you time to get it.

IMG_1209.JPG Not a 442/642 but close enough ;)
This from aholster has a nice bevel to comfortably ride..
Well thought out
Draw is flawless, after much trial and error with others it is my go to...
Worth a look

I like the Remora cut for a J-frame. Works in the pocket although you will have to draw the firearm to get the holster out of your pocket, it's that sticky. You can also use the Remora as a quick IWB even in jogging pants, and unless you are jumping out of airplanes or doing tactical rolls at the mall, it's not coming loose.

I haven't tried one wih a J Frame, but I have their IWB for my Shield. While it works OK IWB, the gun fits so snug that when drawing from a pocket it comes out with the gun, turning the pocket wrong side out

I tried a few pocket holsters in the past, but none ever really took to my liking so I usually ended up slipping my S&W 642 into my pocket.

I know it's not a pocket holster, but a buddy of mine made me a holster last year that I've taken a shining to. It's a small of back holster without the heavy cant. Slips on easy and is much better than bouncing around in cargo shorts!

If you wear jeans pretty much every pair I have cradled my j frame just right, no holster needed.

I wear overalls and the pockets are gigantic. The only one I've found that fills the pocket and keeps the gun from spinning is the DeSantis N3. I've pocket carried a J-frame every day for probably the last 6 years and I've found this one suits my particular needs better than any other.

I've been working on a pocket holster for quite some time, but so far all I've done is waste leather & time.
