At least in this court district:

Reuters) - A federal judge in Florida on Friday ruled that a U.S. law that bars people from possessing firearms in post offices is unconstitutional, citing a landmark U.S. Supreme Court ruling from 2022 that expanded gun rights.

I'll look at this later, but a parking lot issue was deemed ok until an appeal said "nope" several years ago.

Too bad this does little, if anything, towards setting an actual legal precedent.

It'll go up on appeal. From that point, a precedent may be established in our favor, at least in that district, if it's not overturned.

Just be aware of the consequences of walking into a PO or other govt building carrying, versus into a private establishment that is posted. I am by no means judging.

I just think that some folks don’t realize that one is a "traffic ticket", the other is a big fat four figure fine, and jail time.

If you can stand the blowback, by all means.

What I find exciting is that I think we are winning, at least in Free America. First we had Heller, then Bruen. The lower courts are either ruling in accordance for Bruen or they are making absurd arguments to avoid compliance, which (I predict) will be struck down in a year or two.

Meanwhile, with Constitutional Carry the law in 25 states, it seems like the free states are getting freer and the politicians in the Democrat states are in open rebellion.

Ditto. 20 years ago my predictions for the future were virtually the exact opposite from what now exists.
