Post Your Furry Friends...

Doxie life is a hard life.
Yeah, Licky Nick is the ginger. Evil Genius is the dapple, his name is actually Jack aka Sausage Dog of Doom. Jack is my daughter's dog. She took him when she moved out but her Shitzu, Boo's smarter half took Jack's place. So we're back to three fru fru dogs, Licky Nick at 10lbs, Boo at 15lbs and Mai at 9lbs and guess who the alpha is.

No kidding! Those doxies are great. Ours is 9-10Lbs, almost 3yrs old and she'll show the 25Lb 9month old puppy a thing or two! Weaves through her tall legs and under and around; the puppy ends up chasing her tail. All in good fun, they very much enjoy each other.

He made it to 17yo. He was a one person cat and was my oldest son's. When he left and joined the military, Tigger fixated on my younger son till he did the same. For the rest of his days, he was my buddy. He favorite thing to do was help typing on the computer. Now he's gone I don't have anybody to blame typos on

Jack aka Evil Genius aka Sausage Dog of Doom. A metric s ton of mischief and mayhem in a 9lb package on four stubby legs. Maybe that's why I really like this guy. Although he's my daughter's, when I visit he'll literally jump in into my arms from floor level. That's why nothing is safe from him on the kitchen counters.

That mischievous is a big part of what I love about Dachshunds.

This little clown weighs 22lbs & can leap into the chairs at our pub-height dinner table. Too smart by half & sneaky AF to boot. He's also OCD as hell & has to keep his balls organized & corralled.

I don't know how my granddaughter got the idea she needed to teach a beagle how to howl.

That is one cool looking dog!

He had a $750 growth removed from his foot that's been sent off to see if it's bad

Oh no! The cone of shame!

When My Ghillie impaled his leg on a tree when he was chasing a deer I had to put one on him... didn't matter though he whirred and twisted until he got to it. I bought the biggest cone they made and he still managed to turn around and get to the wound.

This is after he managed to strip all the gauze away.

Was trying to watch a TV show after supper...and the wife was able to get a pic of the little twerp and where she decided a good resting spot would be:
