After we lost little man I swore I wouldn't go through the pain of losing another fur baby, but my wifes been working on me telling.me how she misses having a pet to dote on while I'm at work. So I lasted about six weeks.

We have a neighborhood party with a fireworks display that goes on for hours the 3rd weekend of October every year. It drives Bonnie nuts. They're lighting a few off today so she had to have her jammies on to feel safe.

Yeah, she’s a little obeast.

We finally got moved to the country and got them settled in. Hopefully in the next few weeks we’re going to get a dog to run around with the kids outside but also to let us know if something’s going on outside we need to know about.

Probably if I turned my back. At least the kydex trigger guard and paracord string on the Maxim would be damaged. :D
 
New addition. My lab, Sam, passed away 2 days after my wife gave birth to our first born; 2 days before Christmas. It’s been hard on my wife and even though I know she wasn’t quite ready, we couldn’t turn this guy down. Jack, 7-8 month months old (I’ll know when I get the paperwork). Got him all moved in and introduced today. Long story short, my 19 yr old brother realized that he’s not going to prioritize a dog. My first GSD. He seems to be very smart. Hoping him and my little girl form a good bond. She is 9 months now and they should have a good run together.
