Post Your Furry Friends...

Here's all three of mine.

Front left is Pedro the rescue dog. Brian Norris found him starved half to death and we took him in. His back legs don't hardly work so he has to bunny hop until they give out. From his cowering, shaking and wetting himself at any loud noise we guess he was beaten pretty severely and most likely tossed out on the road. Really sweet puppy though and starting to get the hang of things.

In the back is the craziest cocker spaniel I have ever known. We named her Marley when we got her because Bob Marley was the only thing that made her stop whining. She's half cat and half idiot but will lick you till you bleed. Later we found the story of Marley and it is her to a tee. She will viciously defend her space from any insect

And the only black dog in the family is up front. We named her Token. She's a Lab, setter mix. She's too old to sit now, half deaf, 80% blind and poops like a horse while walking now. But she is the best dog I have ever owned. Loyal, smart and a desire to please. The fetcher of sticks and guardian of anything that belongs to me.

Hahahaha. Awesome name.

I found Sheeba on the roadside on Christmas eve. She was about 4 weeks old and could barely walk, when I took her to the vet she said I probably found what was going to be a Christmas present but somebody changed their mind and dumped her.

I will have to dig out some more pics, I also have her buddy Frank, an Orange Tabby, I also got him when he was about 4wks or so. He's 17 now, a little slower than he used to be, but still in good shape. They are buddies. When I got Frank I also got his sister Sophie, she had a stroke and died about 6yrs ago. Before I got them fixed they got hooked up and Sophie got pregnant, I ended up with the runt, Yellow Kitty. She was the Epitome of the runt of the litter and the inbred kitty, she was special. She attached to me like I have never seen a cat do, she died when she was about 12.

I also have a pair of Ball Pythons, a boy and a girl, Inky and Glitter. I've had them for about 12yrs.

My daughter still talks about the "cutie little dog" .

Any one who read my post at the old site knows how devastated the wife and I were when our Chihuahua,Cheech passed away in November,we swore there'd never be another. But, we never had kids and our dogs have always been our babies. So here's the newest addition to the family, he's a pound rescue, we're driving to siler city. Saturday to pick him up,his name's little man

Left to right:
Oscar and Xena, I call her GrandPuppy, and she is smart enough to know what I'm saying. She is a red heeler and the smartest animal on my place besides the cat. Oscar? Dumb as a bag of hammers.

Bobby is the huge bobtailed cat. He is in fact part bobcat. Rare but it happens. The only cat I've ever loved. When we found him as a kitten, we took him to a wild animal rehabilitator. She confirmed he was indeed part bobcat but since he is not purebred wild we could legally keep him. Surprisingly docile.

Those snakes. Holy Crap, part of me has always wanted to spend more time around snakes in hopes that I would lose the strong negative reaction I have to them. Just the sight of a snake gets my adrenaline going.

They're not bad, they aren't aggressive or snappy, except they get a little excited during feeding. You can pick them up and handle them pretty easy. Ball Pythons don't get very big, my girl is about 4.5ft, the boy about 3.5.

Checking the Yard for those annoying squrrels !

That was taken right before his battery went kaput. Lol

he's either running 110% full on, or pretty much out cold. No in between.
