I actually think several people dumping dozens of memes in a short period of time is what caused them to add the delay in. I’m not a computer guru but I assume it slows down the…computer stuff.

I've asked a similar question.

I think (assume, guess, whatevs) that it's a feature to cut down on spamming, scamming, or stammering, and had asked if it could be eliminated for supporting members, but it didn't happen.
 
I keep getting server errors every time I try to start a thread lately or try to contact a mod via pm.

I guess if you're covered up in memes and really need to dump them quickly, one could attach several to a single post, then post reply. Do it like that and it should eat up 30s right fast.

One downside to that method is you don't get to plus one your post count with each image, and that's what we're really here for, innit?

Honestly, have you ever had a meme deleted? Ive only seen a few things on here ever deleted, and a few have been sexual (actually acts of sex, not jsut nudes)
It's all good bro, just post under the current rules set up by the creators and mods of the site, it's all good.
 
You can attach multiple files to one post that will bypass the posting delay...
