I didn't think the test was bad at all and I felt like I had prepared well for it. At the same time I don't know my exact score, they only tell you if you pass or fail and each company can decide what the passing point is. I could have gotten 1/2 the questions wrong and if that's above their passing mark then I pass.
 
So today has been exciting...
I got a phone call from a individual that I interviewed with nearly 2 years ago. He told me to stay in touch with him after our interview and I have, every 3-4 months we would talk. Well, he's got a position opening up that he would like to discuss with me. The good thing about this is we've discussed all the details of what I want and he wouldn't offer me anything that he didn't feel would fit.

Not 15 minutes ago I got an email from HR for the position that started this thread. They want me to go in for an interview next week so I guess passing the test got me to the next step.

I'm following up with both this afternoon.

As far as my kids, they're doing well. Oldest is still adjusting but I think some of what she needs is a little one on one attention. She is very sensitive and responds well to a little attention and lots of hugs.
