Prayers please....I Fell on Saturday on concrete and fractured my skull and have blood on my brain. I Spent 3 days in the hospital and was released yesterday but still can't keep my balance - thank God for my wife that is taking care of me. Doctor said it takes usually up to 4 weeks for the blood to drain from around the brain. Follow-up cat scan is scheduled for 4 weeks from now.

Sorry to hear. We'll keep you in our thoughts and prayers. Take care of yourself. Head injuries are nothing to mess around with.

no kidding brother about head injuries - sucks that I have to use a walker so i don't fall and my left ear hearing is almost gone but the good news the doctors are saying i will be back to normal in 4 weeks

A co-worker of mine was in a wreck. No broken bones, but smacked her head hard enough that she spent a week in ICU and another few days in rehab. She's home now and doing okay.

Here's wishing you a speedy recovery!

Prayers for a quick recovery

Good news - well almost! I had my follow up brain scan and there is no more blood around the brain, the bad news is that the ruptured eardrum has not healed which may take another month or so. I am blessed and keeping in mind all the folks in TX that are in a much worse shape than I ever was even with a brain concussion/contusion.

THANK YOU ALL FOR THE PRAYERS

Thanks for the great report. We will continue to ask for your continued improvement while giving thanks.
