Pretty sure this is a bear? Talk me out if it.

FRIDAY gave away my yellowjacket remedy...
"Had one dig up a yellowjacket nest and eat it."

when i find a YJ hole, i put a banana peel or apple core
next to it. the bears/raccoons/skunks/etc. TCB.

Gallon of gas down the hole is more of a sure thing.šŸ˜

Looks like roge mother in law scratches to me!

I've never seen a buck with tines that perfectly spaced.
also bucks donā€™t use their antlers to make scrapes in the ground. They use their hooves.

They use their antlers to make rubs, on trees (for the folks in here that arenā€™t familiar with deer behavior)

Dad poured gas on a big ant bed one time... trickled it in and it just kept going and going. Used probably a gallon and a half. Waited a few minutes and then lit it.

What he didn't know, but we soon learned, was that the ants joined into the drain line from the house into the sewer line.

Blew manhole covers 25 yards away in both directions; blew back into the house drains. The sewer vent on the roof had a cap that launched like Apollo 8. The downstairs toilet blew water all over the bathroom, and flaming waterbugs came out of the utility drain off the kitchen.

Needless to say, mom wasn't impressed; particularly since this was when we lived in Israel and explosions were not uncommon and usually followed by machine gun fire.

We kids thought it was awesome.

Went hunting yesterday, shot a buck and found out I had bears on my land.
Tracked into the woods a bit came across bones and a den made in some fallen trees. Now I don't enter my woods with my 10mm and a long gun. But I will be getting my bear tags now.

And they will have a licking branch above their scrapes.
