So, maybe St. Nick is bringing you some new wading boots for a Christmas present. But you're not sure which brand you like? Here's a little personal account from a very satisfied customer...

Because I like to wet-wade when the water warms up enough, and to pull double-duty with some new Sims waders I was buying at the same time, I picked out some Korkers Wading Boots. They (the boots and the waders) had served me well for about 4 years, but the hook-button on the back of one boot had pulled itself out of its seat, and refused thenceforward to hold back in place.

If you're unfamiliar with the interchangeable Korkers soles-

So anyway, that little button on the back met its demise in the muckety muck down near Oak Island. Korkers advertises repairs to their boots for $25, and I thought that was very fair. So, I emailed them to arrange a service claim. Their response: we can't fix that part of the boot, so if you'll just send us a picture of your current pair with the tongues cut out (rendering them unusable as a "warranty claim" in the future), we'll send you a brand new pair.
