How I spent my day. Love my pellet grill, whoever says these things don’t smoke enough, are full of it. Mine does. Consistent temperature.

They were a little over 8lbs a peice. Spent all day cooking. Tender and juicy just right, not dried out.

I still do it with coals also, just didn’t have any yesterday. I got to say it’s almost a set and forget. It’s too easy. Finished product is as good if not better. I’ve been surprised by the pellet grill all year.

Pellets are wood, so you're okay. Just don't start down the slippery slope toward gas.

No basting or mopping, I do wrap. I open it as little as possible. These shoulders have a lot of fat to render, they will stay moist if cooked just right.

There is only one gear that separates the truck drivers from the wheel holders. REVERSE.

Reverse in a Spread axle without a dump valve separates them even more. Some of the van guys think they are experts backing, they won’t jack one of those flat beds loaded like they usually do.
