Putting My Dog Down Tomorrow

Very tough on my kids today. My 26 year old daughter cried for 4 hours. Held her while she passed. Never thought I would be this invested in an animal. Unfortunately my best friend is also soon to be gone. Pancreatic cancer and it will be soon I believe. He’s not returning anyone’s calls or text and will not take visitors. He says he doesn’t feel up to it. Hope he doesn’t pass before I can see him again.
 
Grateful for the many years of love and companionship. She was fortunate to be a part of your family. Now is her time to rest. May you have peace and comfort in that knowledge.
 
Lost Daisy and Lucy last year. 1 was 13 and 1 was 17. Still have Bullitt he is 8. I don't care for people that don't like animals, especially dogs. I consider it a major character flaw. Thinking about You and Yours today. Sorry..very sorry.
 
Sorry for your loss. They are definitely family. We just had to do the same for our oldest Miniature Schnauzer, Sophie 3 weeks ago. Prayers for the family.
 
Just remember is it the hardest thing to do but it is the last gift you can give to your furry friend of 17 years. It shows how much you love them and how much it hurts you to see them suffer. It is never easy but know that you are doing the right thing for your dog.
