Can't remember if I posted this before or just thought about posting it. If its' a dupe, you can enjoy it a second time since this is the 2nd time I've done this and it's turned out both times.
Used 27 quail eggs (210g worth... that's grams, not grains you loading nerds) to make a full recipe of brownies. I used crisco instead of lard and just regular cocoa but the higher yoke-to-white ratio of the quail eggs vs. chicken eggs kept them nice and moist/spongy without being too crumbly.
I wouldn't go out and search for quail eggs just for this, but if you happen to have a bunch laying around and are tired of quail egg scramble....
