I am always seeing a rifle sawing that it has a 20 MM mounting rail.

Does a 30 MM mean that the front of the rail to angled up a little more for shooting out farther? In one of the searches, I did it was saying if you run out of adjustment go to the next size rail.

Its actually angled down...and it depends on if your scope has enough elevation adjustment as to what base you'd actually need.

GSpec thanks. So is it lower in the front or back?

Lower in the front. The higher the MOA of the rail, the more it is sloped downward towards the muzzle end.
