Nah. They don't let me out for stuff like that.
I was walking out the door when they announced the stolen Winchester, and I hope they caught the thief. I did buy a stripped lower, and some 7.65x53 ammo. Only CFF member I saw was BravoDelta.Hit the show about 11:30 ... just in time to hear the PA announcement that a dealer had a Winchester 1300 stolen Looked for but didnt see any CFF hats or badges, but it was crowded and gave up looking after I almost ran into one of those roof support beams.
Bought nothing. It was interesting seeing the folks showing up for the Japan expo next door in the other building
I didn't see any CFF swag, wandered through the lunchroom @12:15 & I was looking for your shirt.I was walking out the door when they announced the stolen Winchester, and I hope they caught the thief. I did buy a stripped lower, and some 7.65x53 ammo. Only CFF member I saw was BravoDelta.
I left at 11:30, but I looked for your shirt while I was there also. Bought what I needed and got out of there, that was one crowded place!I didn't see any CFF swag, wandered through the lunchroom @12:15 & I was looking for your shirt.
She was there. I asked and she said she only does the Raleigh shows. Maybe there'll be somebody doing it at the GSO show?Anyone know if the ear plug people will be there on friday?

Between the ears?I walked past just as she was about to pull out the plugs on some skinny kid that looked about 16 yrs old and wondered what would come out with the plugs...and then hurried on my way as that image came to mind.
Was he there with the Mosin guy?I found another deal, had to spend some money. That's two shows in a row now I've found something on my list that was even cheaper than on-line pricing. Makes it hard to pass those up... so I didn't.
Oh, and instead of jerky samples, one guy was handing out corbon ammo samples.
Was $20 what you paid for the mini shells? Any idea if that's the going rate?I picked up 5 pounds of powder, 2k of primers, and some mini shotshells. I left before 11:00.

Yep, $20 is about the going rate - if you can find them. I paid $19 at the previous show. You got a good deal! Was $20 what you paid for the mini shells? Any idea if that's the going rate?
I bought three boxes from a guy here for $30 (total), and it came with the adapter for my 590. The shells had price tags on them of $29.99. I've yet to try the adapter or shells, but have also never looked for the ammo.
Yeah, the little wedge piece on the top box. It was a "toss in" item he included when I bought the shells, but I have a Shockwave I plan to use it in.Yep, $20 is about the going rate - if you can find them. I paid $19 at the previous show. You got a good deal!
If you are talking about the rubber insert for the Mossberg 500 shotgun, that is what I have and it works very well.
Less recoil, and more of them can be loaded into the gun. I can get 8 or 9 into my Mossberg, where only 5 normal (2.75") shells will fit.Educate me on why you'd want the minishells
