Ive been following this thread closely. I don't have a mouse gun, and been considering getting an LCP for that once in a while carry that my 442 is taking care of now. But for less than $150, this may fit that slot.
At the price point of some of these Taurus guns, it's worth it to get first hand experience. I ran the snot out of a G2c and it actually did very very well, but it was starting to show wear.
Presumably these little 380s wear out pretty quick compared to higher priced guns, but I suspect if you keep the round count low it will be fine. My LCP has 714 rounds through it and has broken twice, vs. my Kahr P380 which has 945 through it with no issues. The Taurus is probably more like the Ruger than the Kahr, but the best way to find out is to drop some cash on buying experience.
