@Dale Gribble is right. It’s a Ruger American in .300 Blk.
It’s topped with a Leupold 1X4 LPVO. I installed the adjustable Kydex cheekrest. As for the colors, I shot a base coat of Desert Tan and sprayed the top pattern in AlumaHyde II Dark Parkerizing Gray.
Used the same on the barrel and action. It’s become one of my favorite rifles for here on the farm as my favorite blind location here is only 125 yds deep.
